KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- Truman State University is among the nation’s best values in public education, that is according to Kiplinger’s Annual List of the Top 100.
 
Truman ranked at 19, the highest ranking school in either Missouri or Iowa.

Kiplinger says they base the rankings on test scores and four-year graduation rates, as well as affordability. A good portion of the article announcing this year’s Top 100 features Truman State University.
