Tornado Watch issued for portions of the Heartland

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for portions of the Heartland.

In Southeast Iowa this includes the counties of Appanoose, Davis, Mahaska, and Monroe.

In Northeast Missouri this includes the counties of Adair, Linn, Macon, Putnam, Schuyler and Sullivan.

This watch is in place until midnight tonight.
