A northeast Missouri woman is hospitalized following a one-vehicle crash Wednesday in Knox County.

KNOX COUNTY, MO. -- A northeast Missouri woman is hospitalized following a one-vehicle crash Wednesday in Knox County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 43-year-old Barbara Hocker, 43, of Hurdland was driving on highway 6, two miles west of Hurdland early Wednesday morning, when she went off the road on a curve.

Her pickup truck hit a field entrance and came to rest on its wheels. Hocker was taken to Northeast Regional Medical Center, before being flown to University Hospital in Columbia, where she's listed in fair condition today.

Hocker was cited by the patrol for DWI drugs in the incident.
