'Not guilty' says alleged limo thief

KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A Kirksville man accused of being the driver in a multi-county limo pursuit has entered a plea in Adair County Circuit Court.
  
Vicente Soto, 25, who is charged with stealing a motor vehicle and first degree property damage, entered a plea of not guilty on Tuesday.
   
According to court papers, Soto is accused of stealing the limo from a Kirksville business and leading authorities on a high speed chase through several counties.
    
Soto remains in the Adair County jail under $25,000 cash only bond. His next court date is set for April 2.
