CLARK COUNTY, MO. -- A former Heartland school teacher is no longer facing felony drug charges.

KTVO has learned felony drug charges against Cheyenne Pinson, 30, of Wyaconda, have been dropped. Pinson had been charged with distribution of a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance. Clark County Prosecutor John Moon tells KTVO those charges are no longer pending, however he has reserved the right to re-file charges in the future.
