KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- Water has receded, and the following streets have been reopened:

Halliburton St. from LaHarpe to Hamilton St.

LaHarpe St. from Baltimore (Highway 63) to Cottage Grove Place

Manor Road

LaHarpe St. from Baltimore (Highway 63) to Franklin St.

Cottage Grove from Washington St. to Illinois St. (Highway 11 East) has reopened.  However, there is a water main break at the junction of Cottage Grove and Illinois St (Highway 11 East).  Please use caution when driving through this area, and expect delays as city crews will be directing traffic.
