Indian Hills Community College fans who had purchased tickets in advance for this week’s basketball tournament game(s) can get a refund for those tickets by going to the Athletic Office at the Hellyer Student Life Center on the Ottumwa campus during normal business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
