Truman women take one and two and Bulldog Classic as a whole

Jessica Tomash outdueled Kim Barmettler to take home the top spot at the 2012 Bulldog Classic on Monday.
As a team, Truman won the event with a 684 over second place University of Sioux Falls (S.D.).
This event wraps up the fall season for the Bulldogs.
Tomash trailed Barmetller by three shots heading into the final round and birdied her second hole of the day to get things going.
She led the field in par three scoring at +4 and par four scoring at +5 as well as posting the most birdies in the field of 30 golfers with four. She shot 42 on the front and 38 on the back for an 80.
Barmettler was second overall with a round of 85 and a two-day total of 168.
Kathryn Hogan tied for fifth with an 85 on Monday and an overall score of 175 while Lynn Dreisilker and Riley Keltner each tied for seventh with 178s
The team improved by 10 shots on the second day and won going away over Sioux Falls. The Bulldogs followed up Sunday’s 347 with a 337 while Sioux Falls went from a 352 to 349.
St. Ambrose (Iowa) was third, Central Missouri fourth, Truman’s “B” team was fifth and Southwest Baptist was sixth.
