Missouri Basketball will be well represented at some of the nation's top skills academies this summer as Michael Dixon, Flip Pressey and newcomer Jordan Clarkson have been selected to participate in three of the this year's top instructional events.
Dixon and Pressey have each been tabbed as instructors at the Chris Paul Elite Point Guard (June 8-11) and Deron Williams Skills Academy (June 21-23) camps, while Clarkson, a transfer from Tulsa, has been invited to Kevin Durant's Skills Academy (June 24-26).
The Chris Paul Elite Point Guard Camp is an invitation-only opportunity for the nation's top high school and collegiate guards. It will be held June 8-11 in Winston-Salem, N.C.
Former Tiger Marcus Denmon participated in the event last summer and Pressey was part of the camp while in high school.
The Williams Skills Academy (June 21-23) will be held in Chicago and is for college basketball's Top 10 point guards and the Top 15-20 high school point guards.
The Durant Skills Academy (geared towards the top wings in high school and college basketball) will be held June 24-26 in Chicago
