Jennifer Zweifel now owns all four Truman women’s jump records with a mark of 20-02.25 in the first day of the MIAA Track & Field Championships on Saturday.
Zweifel finished second while two women and three men advanced to Sunday’s finals in their selected events.
Zweifel matched Dafros Mudyirwa (MUH-DER-WAH) Truman record of 20-02.25 in the long jump to now own a share of both the indoor long and triple jump records and the outdoor long and triple jump marks.
It was an automatic mark for the Division II championships later this month.
She finished second to Lincoln’s Nickeisha Beaumont, who won the event with a jump of 20-11.25.
Zweifel will go for the triple jump crown on Sunday.
