(AP) -- Iowa hopes to avoid an 0-2 start in the Big Ten when it faces 11th-ranked Wisconsin.

The Hawkeyes lost to Purdue 79-76 on Wednesday night.

The Badgers opened league play with a 64-40 win at Nebraska.

This will be Iowa's first game against a ranked opponent this season.

The Badgers are 160-12 at home under coach Bo Ryan, and Ryan is 14-5 against the Hawkeyes.
