Missouri Basketball looks to its Big 12 home-opener on Wednesday to try and return to the win column, as the Nebraska Cornhuskers come to Columbia one final time as a league opponent .

The Tigers are coming off an 89-76 road loss at Colorado, while Doc Sadler's crew has won 11 consecutive games, including a 63-62 home win over Iowa State.

Missouri is 12-2 all-time in Big 12 home-openers, including a 74-68 victory over #10 Kansas State last season .

Overall the Tigers have won three consecutive Big 12 home-openers dating back to 2006-07.

Missouri has typically responded well following a league loss under Mike Anderson .

Since the 2008-09 campaign, Missouri has not lost back-to-back regular season league games (in the same season) under Anderson's watch and are 8-0 in those contests.

Missouri has won three consecutive regular-season meetings vs. Nebraska

Missouri did fall to the Cornhuskers in the first round of last season's Big 12 Tournament in Kansas City, but in regular-season play Missouri owns three consecutive wins and have won four of the last five meetings overall.

Missouri will be looking for its 11th consecutive home win to start the year

Mizzou was a perfect 10-0 at home in non-conference play and the Tigers have won 45 of their last 47 games at home since the end of the 2007-08 campaign.

In fact Missouri has been downright dominant at home over the last seven contests .
