Championship Host Location
Kirksville, MO; 1000 Hills State Park. The race site is seven miles from downtown Kirksville, in a beautiful state park; the lake is a basin without any cabins or docks except the marina area owned by the state.
This pristine park is an ideal location. The site has been a regional championship location six prior years of the fifteen years we have held this race.
Swim
Forest Lake located at 1000 Hills State Park is the swim venue. The lake swim conditions are: 78 degrees, with an air temp. of approx. 80 degrees (typical conditions). Forest Lake serves as the primary water supply for Kirksville.
