Both Truman Swimming teams returned to competitive competition as they faced off against the University of California – San Diego on Saturday.  The Tritons defeated the Bulldogs in both the men’s and women’s meets.

Truman’s only victory during the meet came in the women’s 200 fly in which Anna Grinter won in a time of 2:09.14.

The Tritons won 184.5 – 77.5 in the women’s meet and 228-30 in the men’s meet.

The Bulldogs will return to Kirksville next weekend (Jan. 8-9) for their final home dual meet of the season.  Truman will host Lewis University (Ill.) at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the Pershing Natatorium.
