(AP) -- It's the busiest day of the college football bowl season to date, with four games on the schedule.
Things get under way in Dallas, where 9-3 BYU is hooking up with an 8-4 Tulsa team in the Armed Forces Bowl (Noon Eastern).
The Cougars are looking for their fifth 10-win season in seven years under coach Bronco Mendenhall.
Rutgers and Iowa State will follow. The 8-4 Scarlet Knights have home-area advantage for the Pinstripe Bowl in New York's Yankee Stadium (3:30 p.m. Eastern).
They're hunting a fifth straight postseason victory.
The 6-6 Cyclones rank 117th in the nation with 32 turnovers.
Rutgers is sixth in the country with 31 takeaways.
The Music City Bowl in Nashville pits Mississippi State against Wake Forest in a matchup of 6-6 teams.
The Demon Deacons have lost four of their last five games.
The only ranked team on the schedule will be playing in the Insight Bowl tonight in Tempe, Ariz. No. 19 Oklahoma is 9-3 headed into its meeting with 7-5 Iowa.
The Sooners are playing in their 13th straight bowl game since Bob Stoops took over as coach.
