Missouri head basketball coach Frank Haith and the Tiger men's basketball team have announced that Jabari Brown, a former five-star prospect and top-20 recruit according Rivals.com, has signed a grant-in-aid agreement with the University of Missouri.

Brown will sit out the rest of this year as part of NCAA transfer guidelines but will be eligible to play with the Tigers in December of 2012.

The 6-4, 205-pounder was enrolled at the University of Oregon earlier this season before looking to transfer.

He played two games with the Ducks and scored 12 points with four rebounds in the two contests while guiding Oregon to a 1-1 record in that span.

Coming out of high school, the Oakland, Calif., native was rated as the No. 19 prospect nationally by Rivals.com and was a five-star recruit according to the website.

He was rated as the No. 5 shooting guard nationally by Rivals coming out of high school as well.
