(AP) -- Missouri seniors Marcus Denmon and Kim English will join 20 top college players in Colorado for a chance to represent the United States at an international tournament in China next month.

Training camp at the U.S. Olympics facility in Colorado Springs begins Friday.

A USA Basketball committee led by Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim will select 12 players to represent the country at the World University Games in Shenzhen, China.

Other coaches on the committee include Lorenzo Romar of Washington, Bruce Weber of Illinois and Roy Williams of North Carolina.

The U.S. team's head coach is Purdue's Matt Painter, who turned down a chance to coach at Missouri after Mike Anderson's departure earlier this year.

The assistant coaches are Brad Stevens of Butler and Tennessee's Cuonzo Martin, formerly of Missouri State.
