MARSHALL, MO. -- Six Bulldog wrestlers placed at the team finished fourth at the Missouri Valley College Open on Saturday in Marshall. Sophomore Colton Schmitz brought home the first place trophy by winning the 149-pound weight class.
Sophomore Ryan Banning placed second in the 125-pound bracket while freshmen Ryan Maus and Devon Fenstermaker also took home silvers in the 131 and 147 weight classes respectively.
Senior Andy Bader and junior Chad Kurvoski were fourth in the 165 and 174-pound brackets.
The Bulldogs will be at the Grand View College Open in Des Moines, Iowa next Saturday.
