Truman’s Karen Grauel was selected as the MIAA Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.

Grauel placed second out of 397 runners this past weekend at the Brissman/Lundeen Invitational hosted by Augustana (Ill.) College.

Grauel (Macon, Mo./Macon HS) ran the six kilometer course in 22:17.90 to help the Bulldogs place seventh out of 32 teams entered in the meet.

It was her second weekly honor from the conference with the last one coming in October 2010.
