A pair of goals late in each half spurred the Quincy men’s soccer team to a 2-0 victory against Truman on Saturday night at the Quincy Bowl.

The teams played evenly for the next 35 minutes before Quincy tacked on an insurance mark, getting a goal in the 77th minute off the foot of Jeff Vaninger to reach the 2-0 final. Ryan Seifert assisted both Hawk goals.

Truman faces Missouri S&T on Sunday at 5:00 pm in Quincy.

The Miners are 0-0-1 after a scoreless draw with Lindenwood on Saturday.
