PRE-REGISTERED COST:  $40.00 ($20.00 FOR EACH SIBLING) GRADES 3-9

ON-SITE REGISTRATION:  $50.00 ($25.00 FOR EACH SIBLING) GRADES 3-9         

                     TIMES:                              8:00 - 9:45 AM                     GRADES 3-5

                                                10:00 - 11:45 AM GRADES 6-8

1:00 - 2:45 PM                       9th Grade (ONLY PLAYERS INTERESTED IN PLAYING HS BASEBALL)

CAMP IS OPEN TO ALL PLAYERS, NOT JUST KIDS FROM KIRKSVILLE.  HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE A FRESHMAN DURING THE 2012-13 SCHOOL YEAR, YOU MUST ATTEND KIRKSVILLE SR. HIGH.

PRE-REGISTERED CAMPERS WILL RECEIVE A CAMP T-SHIRT
(IF YOU ARE NOT PRE-REGISTERED, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A T-SHIRT!)

CAMP STAFF WILL BE THE KHS COACHING STAFF AND PLAYERS/FORMER PLAYERS.

CAMP WILL COVER BASIC BASEBALL FUNDAMENTALS:

JULY 23 - HITTING MECHANICS/DRILLS

JULY 24 - DEFENSIVE FUNDAMENTALS (THROWING & FIELDING DRILLS)

JULY 25 - TEAM DRILLS (OFFENSIVE/DEFENSIVE)

         JULY 26 - PITCHING

JULY 27 - COMPETITIONS/GAMES

SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED UPON THE WEATHER.  9TH ONLY SCHEDULE MAY VARY FROM THE OTHER TWO SESSIONS.

The undersigned parents and/or guardians of (campers name) ____________________, the applicant, for and in further consideration of the baseball camp acceptation said applicant, does hereby release and discharge Kirksville R-III Schools and it's representatives, employees, and agents from any and all debts, claims, demands, actions, damages, caused of action, judgments, or suits of any kind which may arise or be occasioned as a result of any course of instruction or the applicants participation in the baseball camp.  In addition, I/we being the parents and/or guardians of the applicant authorize the Kirksville R-III and it's agents permission to request emergency medical treatment or care as necessary to insure the well being of our dependent.  Further, I claim the registrant has had a physical examination in the past year and was found fit for all physical endeavors.
