Missouri To Host A Football Clinic For Women

(AP) -- The wives of Missouri football coach Gary Pinkel and athletic director Mike Alden are again holding an annual football clinic for women.


Vicki Pinkel and Rockie Alden will host the X's & O's Clinic on Saturday in the LeMone Tiger Lounge at Memorial Stadium.


Participants will have brunch while watching a Missouri football practice, then hear from Gary Pinkel and the football team captains.

Tours of the Mizzou Athletic Training Complex will follow the clinic, which has beginner and advanced sessions.


Registration is $35 and begins at 10 a.m. Saturday, with the program starting 90 minutes later. Admission is free for Mizzou Women's Connection members.
