Missouri will face Texas Tech in the first round of the Big 12 Basketball Tournament Wednesday at 8:30.
Missouri Basketball heads into postseason play looking to halt a three-game losing streak and will look to do it within the borders of its home state at Sprint Center in Kansas City, Mo.
Missouri is also looking to stop a three game losing streak at Sprint Center as well, although the last time the Tigers played in KC (Nov. 30) the nation was treated to the game of the year in college basketball.
Missouri fell 111-102 in overtime to Georgetown in that contest.
Missouri has been either the #6 or #11 seed seven times since the start of the tournament and is 5-1 all-time in the opening round as the #6 seed.
Missouri and Texas Tech have met twice in the Big 12 Tournament, including once in the #6 vs. #11 game.
The Tigers topped the Red Raiders 80-47 in the 2000 Big 12 Tournament at Kemper Arena.
