LAS VEGAS (AP) -- Mark Martin has won the Nationwide Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway after Brad Keselowski hit the wall, and Danica Patrick finished a career-best fourth.

Martin believed he did not have enough gas to get to the finish Saturday, while defending series champion Keselowski seemed to have the race under control.

But a flat tire sent Keselowski into the wall on the final lap, and Martin sailed past him for the victory.

Justin Allgaier finished second and Keselowski wound up third.

Patrick's finish was the best by a woman in a national NASCAR race since Sara Christian finished fifth at Pittsburgh in 1949 in the Cup Series.

Carl Edwards finished sixth.
