OTTUMWA -- Jeff Kidder has resigned from his position as head coach of the Indian Hills basketball program after six years.
The resignation comes just after the Warriors’ season ended in a 61-58 loss in game two of the Region XI Championship series against Southeastern.
KTVO spoke with IHCC athletic director Mike Hagen Friday. Hagen said IHCC would not comment on personnel issues. Hagen also added that the school is actively searching for a new coach both internally and outside of the program.
Assistant coaches Hank Plona and Nathan Courtney remain with the program.
Kidder’s final two seasons at Indian Hills ended the same way: being swept by Southeastern in the regional finals.
