(AP) --  Kelsey Bolte scored 16 points and No. 21 Iowa
State held winless Cal State Northridge to five field goals in the
first half en route to a 93-47 victory Monday night.

Chelsea Poppens added a season-high 15 points, Hallie
Christofferson scored 14 and Lauren Mansfield handed out 10 assists
for the Cyclones (8-2), who overwhelmed the Matadors (0-12) with
their size and shooting.

Iowa State shot 64 percent in racing to a 51-15 halftime lead,
outscored Northridge 44-10 in the paint and finished with a 53-24
rebounding edge. The 93 points were a season high for the Cyclones,
who won their 54th straight regular-season nonconference game at
home.
Iowa State came in as one of the nation's top defensive teams,
holding opponents to 49.3 points and 31 percent shooting, and the
Matadors didn't do anything to hurt those numbers.

They missed 17 of their first 18 shots and shot 29 percent
(17-for-58) for the game. Jasmine Erving led Northridge with 21
points, 17 in the second half.
