WILDWOOD, MO. (AP) -- Missouri's lone ski resorts are both opening for business.
Hidden Valley Ski Area is opening Saturday in the St. Louis suburb of Wildwood, as is Snow Creek near Kansas City.
Missouri doesn't get a lot of snow so the resorts rely almost entirely on machine-made snow. Operators say the recent cold weather has made it easier to make the snow.
All ski runs are expected to be open at both locations.
