A pair of Top 25 clubs square off in Kansas City as the Missouri Tigers and Georgetown Hoyas meet for just the second time in series history at Sprint Center

Tuesday’s game pits a pair of unbeaten clubs as the two programs are a combined 11-0 in the early season and sport a pair of preseason tournament titles

Mizzou won the 2010 Cancun Challenge, an event that featured another Big EAST team, Providence, while the Hoyas won the Charleston Classic with a win over North Carolina State.

Missouri has a unique road trip ahead of it this week

The Tigers will meet Georgetown on Tuesday and then fly out early Wednesday morning to Eugene, Ore., for a Dec. 2 contest with the Oregon Ducks in the Big 12 / Pac-10 Hardwood Series.

Missouri will be looking to move to 6-0 under Mike Anderson for the second time during his tenure in Columbia.

Missouri started 9-0 in 2006-07.
