Sophomore Olivia Hayes dished out three assists to three different goal scorers, as the Truman women’s soccer team picked up a key 3-0 victory against Southwest Baptist on Thursday afternoon at the Bulldog Soccer Park.
Junior Jaclyn Schumann got the Bulldogs on the board in the 11th minute, firing a shot from nearly 35-yards out into the top corner of the net. Schumann’s fourth goal of the season came off passes from Hayes and senior Beth Bystrom to put Truman ahead, 1-0.
