Indian Hills Community College basketball coach Jeff Kidder, assistant coach Nathan Courtney and the Warriors players will be conducting a free youth basketball clinic on Saturday, October 2.
The event will be held during a full day of activities for IHCC’s annual Homecoming festivities.
The clinic will take place in the Hellyer Student Life Center on the IHCC Ottumwa campus from 1 to 3 p.m. for those ages 6 to 16.
There is no charge for youth to attend the clinic which will include instruction in basketball fundamentals and will provide a chance to meet the players on the 2010-11 Indian Hills roster.
In addition to the basketball instruction, those who attend will also receive one free ticket to the Warriors’ season-opening game on November 4 against Flint CC.
