AUSTIN, TEXAS (AP) -- Texas slugged five home runs to set a school record of 71 for the season en route to a 20-11 thrashing of Missouri in their Big 12 regular-season finales in Austin on Sunday.

Second baseman Kevin Lusson went 2-for-6 with two homers, his 11th and 12th of the season, and six RBI for Texas (46-8 overall, 24-3 Big 12). Texas firepower sustained Brandon Workman (10-1) through six rough innings in which he gave up five hits and four runs. Two of those runs came on Missouri first baseman Aaron Senne's two-run sixth-inning homer and one on Tigers shortstop Eric Garcia's leadoff seventh-inning homer.

Senne was the hitting star for Missouri, going 3-for-5 with two homers and five RBI for the Tigers (27-25, 10-16)

Missouri starter Jeff Emens (3-5) allowed six hits and six runs in just three innings.
