Celebrity Night at IHCC

OTTUMWA, IOWA -- Tickets are still available for the 29th annual Indian Hills Community College Celebrity Night on Thursday, February 25. The event will feature Iowa State University football coach Paul Rhoads as the guest speaker.

The evening will begin with a reception and a chance to talk with coach Rhoads at 5:30 p.m. A prime rib and seafood dinner will follow in the IHCC Dining Room at 6:30 p.m. followed by remarks from the ISU coach. There will also be an auction of autographed Iowa State items, artwork and other donations.

All proceeds from Celebrity Night will benefit the Indian Hills Foundation which provides scholarships to IHCC students.

Rhoads led Iowa State to an appearance in the Insight Bowl in Arizona in his first season at the helm in 2009. The Cyclones finished the season with a 7-6 record, which included an upset win at Nebraska.

Rhoads was a former assistant coach at Iowa State under Dan McCarney and also coached at Pittsburgh and Auburn.
