MISSOURI-IOWA --
A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until Noon Wednesday for southeast Iowa. Counties in the warning area include, Grundy, Black Hawk, Story, Marshall, Tama, Dallas, Polk, Jasper, Poweshiek, Adair, Madison, Warren, Marion, Mahaska, Adams, Union, Clarke, Lucas, Monroe, Wapello, Taylor, Ringgold, Decatur, Wayne, Appanoose and Davis.
Snowfall amounts so far have ranged from 3 to 6 inches with an additional 2 to 5 inches expected Tuesday afternoon and evening, resulting in total storm amounts of 5 to 9 inches with locally heavier amounts possible through Noon Wednesday.
A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until Noon Wednesday for the following counties in Missouri, Harrison, Mercer, Putnam, Schuyler, Grundy, Sullivan, Adair, Livingston, Linn, Macon, Chariton, Randolph and Howard.
A winter weather advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered Roads and limited visibilities...and use caution while driving.
