(AP) -- Fans of the St. Louis Cardinals are in for a big weekend.
The Cardinals host their annual Winter Warm-Up Saturday through Monday at the Hyatt Regency Hotel downtown.
Several current and former players are scheduled to participate in the event, the largest fundraiser for the team's Cardinals Care charitable fund.
Meanwhile, the annual Cardinals Caravan was launching Friday with plans for 19 stops in four states before returning to St. Louis on Monday night.
The Caravan will be in Mberly Saturday at six p.m.
The 55th annual Baseball Writers Dinner is Sunday night at the Millennium Hotel in St. Louis.
The dinner will honor several members of the 2012 team that came within a game of a second straight trip to the World Series.
Catcher Yadier Molina will be honored as the St. Louis baseball man of the year.
