KIRKSVILLE, MISSOURI -- Four Kirksville residents were arrested Saturday, accused of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of methamphetamine paraphernalia and manufacturing methamphetamine.

According to the probable cause statement from the Kirksville Police Department, police were dispatched Saturday to 1401 N. Walnut, Lot 2, searching for Clayton Munn. Munn has six active arrest warrants on file. When police arrived, they were told that Munn ran to a different location, Lot 12.

Officers immediately went to Lot 12 and set up a perimeter around the residence.

After setting up a perimeter, one officer smelled a strong chemical odor coming from inside. Jaysen White, a resident of the home exited, and was contacted by officers. Michael Gill, also a resident, exited the home and was contacted by officers.

Police asked if Munn was inside and asked permission to search for him, officers were given permission.

Authorities say another resident, Patricia White, came out of the home, while Stefanie Williamson was found hiding in a closet.

Police did not find Munn inside the home.

However, as police were searching the home for Munn, they saw several items used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Adair County Prosecutor Matt Wilson tells KTVO that all four were arrested.

At the time of his arrest, Jaysen White was on parole for distribution of a controlled substance. Both Patricia White and Stefanie Williamson were on probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Each was charged with three counts; manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia-methamphetamine.

The four were taken to the Adair County Jail, each is being held on a $75,000 cash only bond.
