Jail for man accused of burglary

NOVINGER, MO. -- Brad Middleton, 33, of Novinger is charged with felony counts of  first degree burglary and resisting arrest.

According to court documents, Middleton broke into a house and threatened the victim. When deputies found him back at the residence a short time later, he resisted arrest and pushed a deputy’s arm through a window.

The deputy's arm was not injured in the incident.

He’s also charged with misdemeanor counts of third degree assault and violating an order of protection.  Middleton is being held in the Adair County Jail on $75,000 cash only bond.
