Man accused of assaulting trooper back in court

SULLIVAN COUNTY, MO. -- A northeast Missouri man charged with three felonies following an incident involving a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper makes another court appearance.
    
Jerrid Glidewell, 41, of Milan, is charged with assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and resisting arrest by fleeing.
    
Following a preliminary hearing, the case was bound over to Sullivan County Circuit Court.

Glidewell is accused of fleeing the scene when stopped by a trooper who believed he was intoxicated. Glidewell was arrested a short time later.
    
He is scheduled to be arraigned in Sullivan County Circuit Court on November 7.
