Roe standoff in Moberly ends peacefully

After a long standoff in the 900 block of Franklin Street in Moberly Friday, Richard and Cathy Roe have been taken into custody. Sgt. Brent Bernhardt with the Missouri Highway Partrol confirmed that the situation has been resolved peacefully.
