KIRKSVILLE, MO -- If you like cinnamon rolls, here is your chance to have some of the best while helping out a great cause. The Kirksville After-Prom is currently taking order for freshly baked or frozen cinnamon rolls. The cost is $10.00 per dozen fresh or frozen and $5.00 per half dozen.

Orders must be placed by Thursday, November 1 and will be ready for pick up on Saturday, November 3 at the Kirksville Primary School, while remaining cinnamon rolls will be made available for sale to the general public beginning promptly at 11:00 a.m.

“It’s one of many fundraisers because it takes tens of thousands of dollars to put the after-prom on. The cinnamon roll bake is one that gives back to the community because they are baked fresh in the morning from scratch and people take them home to eat. We are not asking for a service or donation,” Cinnamon Roll Bake Sale Chair Kelly Jefferson said.

And in case you are wondering, the bake uses approximately 35 dozen eggs, 420 pound of flower, 11 gallons of milk, and 100 pounds of butter along with various other ingredients.
