OTTUMWA, IA -- An Ottumwa man has been charged with theft and several other charges.

According to the Wapello County Sheriff's Office, 47-year-old Christopher Orval Myers, of Ottumwa, has been charged with theft in the second degree, a class D felony, three counts of credit cards, a class D felony, and ongoing crminal conduct, a class B felony.

He remains in the Wapello County Jail on a $25,000 standard bond.
