Hobbs sentenced to life in prison

Tyler Hobbs, 26, of St. Francisville, Mo., was sentenced today (Friday) to life in prison in the death of Shawn Wright, 40, of Kahoka, Mo.

Four arrested in meth lab raid

According to a press release from the Appanoose County Sheriff's Office, on Friday, March 23 at approximately 7 a.m. the Appanoose County Sheriff’s Office, members of the South Central Iowa Drug Task Force, Centerville Police Department and Iowa State Patrol served two methamphetamine lab search warrants in the town of Mystic.
