KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- MoDOT has a new area engineer to handle the concerns of Adair, Schuyler, Knox, Scotland, Clark and Lewis county residents.

Amy Crawford will take over the role. She has been with MoDOT for the past 11 years and most recently served as a Traffic Studies Specialist.

The La Plata resident was selected for the area engineer role because of her experience in working directly with the public through the Northeast Coalition for Roadway Safety.
