IOWA/MISSOURI -- Gas prices continue to fall, even right here in the Heartland. 

According to the website www.gasbuddy.com, the average price in the state of Missouri fell nearly four cents per gallon over the last week, leaving the state average at $3.03 per gallon, about ten cents per gallon below the average price we found today in Kirksville which stood at $3.13. We found gas prices across Missouri range from a low of $2.89 per gallon, to a high of $3.29. 

In Iowa the average price dropped over six cents per gallon, to a statewide average of $3.22. In Ottumwa the average price was even lower, standing at $3.15.
