Cost of traditional Thanksgiving dinner up 13% over last year

Rising food prices will hit home this Thanksgiving, as the price of a traditional dinner will rise 13 percent from a year ago, the biggest gain in two decades, a survey by the American Farm Bureau Federation shows.
