The "Barefoot Bandit” has signed a movie deal with 20th Century Fox for just over a $1 million, but he won't see any of the dough.

The money will be used to help repay the victims of Colton Harris-Moore after his crime spree that ranged from the San Juan Islands in Washington to the Bahamas.

Harris-Moore, 20, gained international attention by stealing five planes, more than a dozen cars, several boats and broke into homes and businesses before his July 2010 arrest.

Harris-Moore was thought to have paid the Heartland a visit when a car he was believed to have stolen was found in Pella, Iowa.  Then, a car from the Ottumwa, Iowa Water and Hydro department was stolen.  That car was found later that week between Dallas City and Niota, Illinois.

Shortly after, The Burlington Hawkeye reported that a truck was stolen from the Southeast Iowa Regional Airport in Burlington and later found near Danville, Illinois, some 220 miles away.

Colton Harris-Moore faces up to a decade behind bars.  He is set to be sentenced in October.
