The American Wind Energy Association reports that during the second quarter Iowa’s wind generating capacity reached 20 percent of the state’s total electricity network.

Supervisors approve resolution terminating 28E with SIADSA 

The Appanoose County Board of Supervisors Monday morning during their regular meeting in the boardroom of the Courthouse approved a resolution to withdraw from a 28E agreement and to seek reimbursement from South Iowa Area Detention Service Agency.
