Corps to up Gavins Point releases to 160,000 cfs

SIOUX CITY -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced Tuesday it will increase the water releases at Gavins Point Dam to 160,000 cubic feet per second, swelling the Missouri River about a foot higher in Sioux City.
