Wilson says July 1st is the earliest that depostion can be completed and that a new trial date will be set in the near future.

All counts that Barnes is charged with are in connection with three alleged incidents involving the same girl; once when she was less than 12 years of age and twice when she was less than 14 years of age.

Online court records show Barnes is under a curfew from 7 pm to 7 am.
