Pair charged following alleged vehicle thefts, high-speed chase in Des Moines County

Two Illinois men were arrested early Thursday morning in Des Moines County in connection with the alleged theft of four vehicles from the Shottenkirk Ford Chrysler dealership in Mt. Pleasant, the Des Moines and Henry County Sheriff’s office reports.
