OTTUMWA, IOWA -- It's almost time for the River of Life Blood Drive.

The blood drive will be held Thursday, January 13th at the Ottumwa Bridge View Center from 11 A.M. to 6 P.M.

The River of Life Blood Drive is held every January and August to replenish the blood supply.

Donating blood is a quick process that only takes a few minutes.

Every time blood is donated, somebody is getting a second chance at life.

Donors are encouraged to schedule appointments in advanced, but walk-ins are welcome.
